product description
The machine is a through-flow continuous drying equipment for the drying of flakes, strips and granular materials with good gas permeability. It is especially suitable for materials such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine decoctions with high water content and high temperature. The series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality. The dehydrated cake-like paste material can be dried after being granulated or formed into a rod shape.
Performance characteristics

working principle
The material is evenly laid on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is moved by the transmission device in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each unit is independently circulated by hot air. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air is heated from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the covered belt. The process of mass transfer takes away the moisture of the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
