The working process of the unit is that the feed liquid passes through the high pressure input of the diaphragm pump, and sprays the mist droplets, and then flows down with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port, and the exhaust gas and its fine powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the pollinator located at the lower end of the cyclone. The fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device, and the recovery rate is above 96-98%.
The materials of the tower body, the pipeline and the separator which are in contact with the material are made of SUS304. There is enough moisturizing layer between the inside of the tower body and the outer casing. The filling material is ultra-fine glass wool. The tower body is provided with an observation door, a sight glass, a light source and a control instrument, and is controlled and displayed by an electric control console.
