The receiving system of the spray drying unit is formed by a combination of a primary cyclone separator and a bag filter. The first-stage cyclone is collected by high-volume and high-efficiency cyclone, and its powder collection rate can reach about 96%. The bag filter is an optimized equipment specially designed for protein powder dust removal, which can completely separate the material from the wind and settle. For water-repellent, oil-proof and anti-static cloth bags, the filtration mesh can reach more than 500 mesh.
