Equipment structural characteristics and technical performance
The device uses high-efficiency ceramic corrugated packing. The distillation tower body is made of stainless steel, which prevents the iron filings from clogging the packing and prolongs the service life of the device. In the device, some parts of the equipment that are exposed to alcohol, such as condensers, surge tanks, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The W type distillation still adopts a detachable U-shaped heating tube, and the U-shaped heating tube can be removed from the outside of the kettle during the inspection to facilitate cleaning of the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the distillation pot.
The ZW type eliminates the indirect heating of the still. The condenser adopts a tube-and-tube heat exchanger, and can also supply a spiral plate heat exchanger according to user requirements. The cooler adopts a coil type cooler, and a coil type cooler is provided, and a surge tank and a specific gravity meter are supplied.
Product Usage
The device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also suitable for distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to the requirements of the user, the device can distill the dilute alcohol of about 30° to 90-95° alcohol. If the alcohol content of the finished product is very high, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield is correspondingly reduced.
Device composition
The W type has five specifications, each of which includes a distillation column, a still, a condenser, a cooler, a surge tank, and a specific gravity meter. The W-200 and W-300 distillation columns are directly installed on the distillation pot. The W-400, W-500, and W-600 distillation columns were separately installed in a distillation pot.
ZW type has two specifications: ZW-200 and ZW-300. Each specification includes corresponding preheater, distillation tower, condenser, cooler, surge tank and specific gravity meter.
Other auxiliary equipment and instruments such as: measuring tanks, storage tanks, transfer pumps, rotameters, temperature indicating instruments, etc. are provided by users. Our factory can also process or supply them according to user requirements.
