The public and rotation of the spiral causes the material to produce a composite motion within the cone, which mainly produces four forms of motion:
1. The spiral revolves along the wall to make the material move in a circular motion along the cone wall;
2. The spiral rotation causes the material to spiral upward from the bottom of the cone;
3. The combined motion of the spiral and the rotation causes a part of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface while being subjected to the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation to discharge a part of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface to the cone radial direction;
4. The ascending material is degraded by its own gravity. The four movements produce convection, shearing, and diffusion in the mixer for fast and uniform mixing.
